GBCancellation I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an email that my order was confirmed. Less than 24hrs later,I'm getting an email that my order was canceled without giving me any reason and my money not refunded yet,talking about they'll let me know when my money will be refunded. If you're canceling an order,shouldn't my refund be immediate??? I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

GBI have learned that your shoes take a… I have learned that your shoes take a VERY long time to arrive. However, you flats have great style. Sadly, I ordered 3 pairs - 2 of them are so small I cannot even slide them on. I will be returning these. So disappointing.

GBCute boots, terrible customer service Cute boots but terrible customer service. You have to email in order to initiate a return and I have emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and heard nothing back. I need to return them and get a nice size I’m time for an event coming up. Very frustrating.

GBDelayed Shipping Hi, I am still waiting for my shoes to be shipped, which were ordered on 3/25. I have paid for expedited shipping and for the shoes to not be on their way almost 1 week later is unacceptable. I have emailed the support group and texted on the WhatsApp and am awaiting a response, but figured I can reach out here since you seem to be responsive here.

GBOrdering made simple It was very easy to Order and since it was my first order ever from this company I received a 10.00 discount ,and they added it right away so different from others, you have to look at your email and give a code they applied directly for me no work for me I was very impressed 👍
