Cancellation I ordered a pair of shoes and I got an email that my order was confirmed. Less than 24hrs later,I'm getting an email that my order was canceled without giving me any reason and my money not refunded yet,talking about they'll let me know when my money will be refunded. If you're canceling an order,shouldn't my refund be immediate??? I really wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I was offered a 10% discount I was offered a 10% discount but when I completed the order I wasn't allowed to use the 10% because there was an approximate 7% discount. Also please reduce the number of email offers - there are too many clogging my inbox.

Poor quality stitching My shoes arrived in an ok time, but the stitching on the heel strap was coming undone when they arrived, making them unwearable. Multiple emails sent to follow-up to get info on how to return for a refund, with no response at all. Terrible customer service. DO NOT BUY FROM HERE.
