GBCute boots, terrible customer service Cute boots but terrible customer service. You have to email in order to initiate a return and I have emailed 3 times over 2 weeks and heard nothing back. I need to return them and get a nice size I’m time for an event coming up. Very frustrating.

GBDelayed Shipping Hi, I am still waiting for my shoes to be shipped, which were ordered on 3/25. I have paid for expedited shipping and for the shoes to not be on their way almost 1 week later is unacceptable. I have emailed the support group and texted on the WhatsApp and am awaiting a response, but figured I can reach out here since you seem to be responsive here.

GBI was offered a 10% discount I was offered a 10% discount but when I completed the order I wasn't allowed to use the 10% because there was an approximate 7% discount. Also please reduce the number of email offers - there are too many clogging my inbox.

PTOrdered and paid and they don't deliver as promised on their website Ordered shoes because they said on the website it would take 5 till 7 days to delivery.. I ordered three weeks ago. A lot of spammy discount mails but no explanation why they don't deliver as promised... Better not to order here if you need your shoes for a special occasion. If I see the many 1 star reviews, I get nervous....

GBI have learned that your shoes take a… I have learned that your shoes take a VERY long time to arrive. However, you flats have great style. Sadly, I ordered 3 pairs - 2 of them are so small I cannot even slide them on. I will be returning these. So disappointing.
