Don’t buy the wig based on the images… Don’t buy the wig based on the images on the website because they are completely different to what you will receive. Unless you have some popular Instagram account or similar social media following you won’t receive anything worth value or even similar to what you thought you were ordering. If I could upload the catfishing images , the website images compared to what they send out you would be shocked

Great customer service I bought a curly headband wig with bangs and in the title of it the wig said detachable bangs, but when I got the wig it wasn’t detachable so I emailed and they were kind and responsive. They acknowledged that there was a glitch in the website and offered a partial refund and let me keep the wig. My needs were met and I was compensated, now the wig itself is great it fits perfectly the bangs were a little too long for me so I cut them a little but it you like them to cover your eyes it’s perfect for you. The texture is great the conditioner provided really helped revamp the wig and the nice goodies I got enhanced the unboxing experience.
