GBI was shipped someone else’s order… I was shipped someone else’s order entirely, UPS updated the tracking immediately as delivered, however I keep getting them same generic automated response from them saying the carrier hasn’t updated the status yet and they’d have to wait 14 days to re-ship my correct order. Unacceptable. After this experience I realized this was my second attempt from this company to purchase this one item. The first time was on Amazon which was never even shipped!

GBNo refund of £100 order that I did not… No refund of £100 order that I did not receive Placed an order worth over £100 on the 1st of September and did not receive it. I messaged business account and sent them a picture of my bank statements which clearly showed the money has been sent to her however she denied receiving payment even though my bank has told me she has received it. Customer service is very bad. Owner of the business is rude and condescending. Would not order from again owner of the business is a thief

GBOrdered a 3X, not a medium! Ordered through Amazon. Ordered a long sleeve 3x shirt. Received a short sleeve medium! Since it was for a costume in a few days, I asked that they correct their mistake quickly by sending the shirt as soon as I initiated the return rather than waiting til they receive it, process it, and get around to sending a replacement. They refused to help in any way - just essentially told me sorry, too bad, so sad.

INDUPED I had ordered 2 army pants for my son, they sent me 4 damaged, burnt shirts and when I raised a complaint by mailing them, they didn't bother to respond till date. They don't have any calling number, only one email id they have given where if mails are being sent, no responses are received. How can such stores get licenses to carry business and cheat customers. Very, very disappointed & dissatisfied. Offline purchases are always better.
