GBPoor customer service Poor customer service. I contacted them by email (there is no obvious way of contacting by phone) a couple of days after I placed my order, about needing to make a change to my order, but I’ve received no response in the week since I sent that email, other than asking for a review. As a result the only thing I can comment on is their complete lack of response

GBWrong Item/Long Shipping My order took a while to come, and then when it did arrive, it was not even the item I ordered. :(

GBI made a purchase on january 22nd I made a purchase on january 22nd. I have only recieved an email confirmation for the order. I have not recieved tracking. My order has not arrived. And i have reached out to customer service over both the instant chat and email options and have not recieved even one reply. It has been over 30 days since my order and i still have not recieved tracking or my package or even a response from customer service.

GBI love both my shoes and cat outfit… I love both my shoes and cat outfit that came in the mail. They actually are the right size. The shipping took a little while which is to be expected out of Japan. Very cool shop go check them out.
