Bye drone I got this drone from Lea Deals in time. However as soon as I tried to charge the main batteries I found out that the charging cable was faulty. I contacted the Customer service and was advised to make a video to support my claim. I recorded a video showing the the remote control charger when plugged in a USB port lit red and was charging fine. Then in video I showed that after plugging in the main charger cable into the same port the light did not come on and the battery was not charging. I sent the video and after a long wait I sent a message again and got a friendly response from a guy who I found out later was not even familiar with the manual was giving me false instruction. Luckily I got a message from his s supervisor Kevin who was spot on with everything. He apologised for the negligence of his staff and arranged shipping a cable which reached me quickly and was charging well. I flew drone 3 times. First and second time I tested the return home button making videos etc and was very happy with it. The third time I launched the drone and suddenly it went up without my command and started flying away from me. I pushed the home button but there was no response. I switched off the remote control unit and the app and the drone did not return back either. It was flying quickly away and I lost sight of it. I waited for 20 min and hoped when the battery goes low the drone should return to the launch pad. Alas, it was gone forever. I dumped the bag with everything in it in a rubbish bin and felt huge relief as I suffered so much with this cable thing wasting my time on trying to sort it out. I lost 200 quids but I leaned my bitter lesson once again. Pay more and you get peace of mind which is worth thinking of when making decision. Of course I read massive number of positive reviewsabout this drone before buying it. They were all positive. I feel a bit uncomfortable adding mine which will go in contrast with the flow of the lucky ones. I do hope that the company will read this review and will take it in consideration to increase the quality of the product and especially customer service.

Really like this drone Really like this drone . It is light and easy to control . The installation part is easy , just need to follow step by step according to the manual . It does comes with some spare pet as well incase the parts got damaged after hitting something which is great . The camera on the drone is quite clear as well . It is a good toy for the young one To play at open field . The joystick is quite sensitive and communicate well to the drone . Happy with the purchase .

Very disappointed in this company Very disappointed in this company. I ordered a product which arrived safely and looks great BUT I also ordered an extra battery which wasn’t included. I’ve sent two emails with no response so I’m hoping this review will prompt a response

absolute waste of money This online store is an absolute money waster. Please do not get fooled to order anything here. Unless you actually want to burn your money. After Shopping a drone for my boyfriend’s birthday present, we have found out the drone does not connect to the app, saying there was a wifi connection problem. I contacted them asking for technical advice and help. They asked for a video that shows the problem. I sent one. Afterward they came up with a complete unusable, unprofessional guide like “you can turn off the drone once and restart it again” like we didn’t do it hundred times!! In the process of finding myself an appropriate help to fix the drones problem, I found that my purchased drone was the exact same drone with another brand’s name, which was at least 50% cheaper in other websites. They just changed the logo on it and sold it double more expensive. If this is not cheating, then what is? Furthermore, when I changed the language of the website it shows different addresses in different countries, which I think none is real address of this shop. Anyways, after many emails to their service, asking for an address to send this unusable drone back and get a refund (I think, we exchanged more than 20 Emails), they just kept offering me other drones and wanted to get more money. I issued the Problem to PayPal, hoping they would help. When LeaDeals saw my claim on PayPal, they offered me a new drone with no shipping payment, in order that I close the issue in PayPal. I didn’t accept it because I was not sure, whether the new drone will also be defected or not. To solve the issue and get the full refund PayPal sent me their address to send the drone back to them on my own costs. The address was of course in China!!!!!!!! However, in the Website you cannot find any Chinese Language or Address!!!! So I sent the drone back to them and unfortunately, as it was a small packet it didn’t have any tracking number. I uploaded the DHL receipt in PayPal. After two weeks, PayPal closed my issue with no refund, because LeaDeals didn’t confirm the delivery of the package. I thought that because of the corona pandemic they still haven’t received it. So I waited more. Now it’s almost 6 weeks from the date that I sent the drone back and about 3 months from my purchase date. I asked them again, whether they got the package and want to full refund me. And of course they still say they haven’t got it yet. Anyways, it was a complete waste of money, energy and time. But it was a good lesson for me not to shop from the untrusted websites. Update on 11.08.2020: to the Reply of LeaDeals: my order number is, LD20042131576886 Update on 18.08.2020: Still no help from this company. :) Update on 13.10.2020: Not a single answer from them.
