Where is my order? Where is my order?? Ordered approx a month ago and paid for,but still not received...not received information or kept up to date regarding delivery of goods. Not a very happy person Now got a reply and very grateful for quick reply and assistance with this matter...it would help in future if emails are sent to inform of shipping etc on a regular basis if possible...

I do though want to complain about the words you use when you try & entice me in buying something. I do not appreciate words like you calling me love, darling & even sexy. It's discussting when you actually used words like f... off 2020 to me. It's discussting, out of order & completely inappropriate & not professional at all. Sounds like you're scam artists & not a professional business. Just like to add that i don't have any proof as this site came up on my notifications using these words.

Very comfortable shoes I must say at first I was hesitant about purchasing on this site but if there is anyone who feels the same I can assure you that CloudMall sells quality products .I am very pleased with my purchase it’s the very same as it in online , fits just right , verrrrrry comfortable ( the most comfortable shoes I’ve hah) and it arrive within the time frame given.I must purchase again

I lost my money, Do not patronize them Do not patronize cloudmall, you'll never see your money or items. I placed an order with them and that was the end. I couldn't track the order and I couldn't reach them because they dont have a contact number. Even my account didn't exist on their page. I emailed several times and kept receiving the same presaved messages as response to different queries. Because the message is presaved it doesn't deal with your specific issues. . It's been 2 months now and I have neither seen my items or my money. I

15 days to get! This is my second time to make order. Actually, it did a little bit late when I made the first order on August, whatever the service and the delivery, and I got my first parcel in 25 days. However, I made second order at 1st Oct, I got my second order within only 15 days, CloudMall service always say they are trying to speed up and improve the service, I thought they make it happened. The stuff is still cheap and great, Recommend!
