No customer service exists Put out some of the best hats. But is zero customer service at all. I accidentally clicked the wrong size emailed over 15 times before hat was packed. No response. I understand. This was my mistake but this is terrible customer service.

I would never order another cap from… I would never order another cap from myfitteds.com again. I ordered early Monday morning and didn't get a tracking info until Thursday morning. They claim you will receive your cap 3 days after you order it. There's no phone number to contact them only email and they never respond. The return policy sucks. You're stuck with product and no refund. Not a company anyone should order from.

I never received my order I never received my order. I will never order from this company again. No response from customer service and I am out of my money.

Love the Hats! Restock tho I love the variety and the color choices the company makes. The fitteds are what drew me to the shop, however i simply can never get my hands on one. If the inventory were to increase around the 7 3/8 size that would be cool!
