Flawless transaction from start to finish, even during Black Friday weekend. Though the shipping duration was average, my hat was packed adequately and I received exactly what I ordered. Don't let the negative reviews deter you and give this small business a try.

The only reason I don't rate it 5 stars, is because the hats are hard to cop, because they usually sellout within 5 minutes of being released.

No customer service exists Put out some of the best hats. But is zero customer service at all. I accidentally clicked the wrong size emailed over 15 times before hat was packed. No response. I understand. This was my mistake but this is terrible customer service.
