HORRIBLE I never got the glasses I ordered and no one will respond to my emails!

FRAUDULENT BUSINESS I ordered an item from them on April 13, 2015. They authorized my card and didnt take any money out until 2 weeks later. They charged me and shipped me an item that I NEVER ordered. I have called dozens of times, left several emails, and filed 3 return requests through their company website. NO ONE has responded to me at all! They took my card information and fraudulently took money from my account and refuse to respond to me! PLEASE DO NOT ORDER HERE! This is company is a fraudulent scam! Do not give them your credit card information because they will steal your money and disappear!

excellent service and quick delivery I have to admit I was a little hesitant purchasing from the company and I didn't see all the reviews here. My personal experience was great. The frames arrived quickly and were new. Glad I was able to save 40% off of msrp for the frames.

Misleading advertising and NO customer service. I ordered a pair of glasses from SpecsTime and I was charged shipping even though the website clearly states free shipping on orders over $99. I have called, texted and emailed multiple times over the last few weeks and I have yet to receive a response. I would not choose to do business with SpecsTime in the future.

Non existant customer service I ordered a pair of Oakley glasses and after nearly 3 weeks, the order status on their website still states 'pending' or 'processing' depending on where you look and I have not received my glasses. I have tried emailing, texting and phoning multiple times with only one response of "Let me check on that for you' from '[name]'. I have also left multiple messages on their Facebook page which they keep deleting. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME ON SPECSTIME!!
