Scam company Level 8 sucks! I can’t believe the internet isn’t flooded with bad reviews of this company! Level 8 luggage! Customer service is brainwashed! I received the suitcase I was unhappy with the size - I noted you have 5 days to return an item! Glad I decided quickly- they take 24-48 hours to send you return info - I reboxed in the exact shipping box they sent it to me in and they said it arrived damaged!! And if it was a fantastic suitcase why was it so easily scratched??! The distance between my house and the warehouse is under 100 miles! They sent me the return shipping label so I can’t file a shipping claim they need to. They WILL NOT get a supervisor to assist I believe they are a TOTAL SCAM!

extremely noisy wheels decent looks, but definitely worst in class for the trolley's wheels. Advertised as smooth and quiet, they are extremely noisy on all surfaces, it's a cheap production. Travelling a lot, the deafening sound of the wheels of a small trolley make it impossible to use. Would recommend different brand if you're a frequent traveller.

Shocking quality - avoid Absolutely awful quality - wish I’d gone nowhere near this brand. Product arrived scratched and marked - and within one use it’s already scuffed and looks 10 years old - so much for scratch free. Customer service non existent - absolutely avoid.

Even I had a damage issue with my ordered luggage, the customer service was reacted immediately and did amazing action and support, in order to maintenance my satisfaction. Only this brand is our friend when we are traveling. The luggages are very light and nice quality, colors, material. Thank you for everything so far.
