GBScam company Level 8 sucks! I can’t believe the internet isn’t flooded with bad reviews of this company! Level 8 luggage! Customer service is brainwashed! I received the suitcase I was unhappy with the size - I noted you have 5 days to return an item! Glad I decided quickly- they take 24-48 hours to send you return info - I reboxed in the exact shipping box they sent it to me in and they said it arrived damaged!! And if it was a fantastic suitcase why was it so easily scratched??! The distance between my house and the warehouse is under 100 miles! They sent me the return shipping label so I can’t file a shipping claim they need to. They WILL NOT get a supervisor to assist I believe they are a TOTAL SCAM!

GBI don’t think they have customer service. I have attempted to return a suitcase. I received it, it wasn’t really for me. I followed the instructions on their website and requested a return, multiple times. They have not replied. After some research I tracked down their phone number. The phone plays hold music and hang up on me. Do not buy. Their customer service is t just disappointing. It doesn’t exist.

GBShocking quality - avoid Absolutely awful quality - wish I’d gone nowhere near this brand. Product arrived scratched and marked - and within one use it’s already scuffed and looks 10 years old - so much for scratch free. Customer service non existent - absolutely avoid.

ESNever received the product. I wish I could review the product, but sadly can only speak to the lack of customer service or meeting its advertised timeframe for shipping. The ordering process was simple and with the overwhelmingly positive reviews online linked from Amazon, it seemed like a worthwhile experiment. I waited one week before contacting the company about missing the advertised shipping window and was initially told the logistics company had not provided level8 with the correct information. This answer seemed suspect at best. Later that day I received an e-mail stating that because of the region the product was ordered in there would be delays, and a subsequent e-mail saying there would be more information within 24-48hrs (which was not accurate) The product was ordered in Spain and specifically said "in stock for delivery to EU / UK". Now 10 days have passed and I've asked to cancel the order and await a reply. The e-mails received so far feel like half form-letter and half translation app. Different parts of the messages feature different phrasing, typeface, and color. Despite the claim on the company's website that "LEVEL8 is an NYC-born brand for luggage and bag" A look at the New York State business directory lists Level 8 Group Corp as a foreign business. If you get away from the Amazon reviews, you discover more experiences similar to mine.
