ITWaste of time I ordered 5 pairs on 19th May and was told 2-5 days. Its 2nd June and no sunglasses received. Sent 2 emails, no response. Not even acknowledgement. But they keep sending me mails on new deals. Shameful.

AUI accidentally gave a one-star review… I accidentally gave a one-star review to ZeroUV before as I didn't check my email properly so it was my bad...hoping this will make it up for my mistake...I'm certainly be impressed by their efficiency and this is the second time I bought from them, 5 other glasses! You can't beat the price with such a great quality glasses from anywhere else! Highly recommended!!

GBI ordered here a month ago thinking I… I ordered here a month ago thinking I would have another great service but I was the exact opposite. To begin I bought 4 sunglasses and they all said they where in stock then I received an email saying its been shipped then 10 days later when they should have been at my house they email me saying one of my sunglasses where sold out and I needed to either email them which one I wanted or give me a partial refund. Are you kidding me I should be getting a full refund because I have yet to see one of my sunglasses appear on my font door.

GBFURIOUS CUSTOMER! I live in Houston Texas and I ordered these cute round vintage sunglasses, I was tracking my order and it said my shipment was last seen in north Houston Texas and I was supposed to receive my package yesterday but I never got it. I checked my order this morning, and it's all the way in California AGAIN! I called customer service and nobody is answering, and I am very furious! I either get my money back that I work hard for or I get my glasses!

CAStill Charging for shipping with an order of $29.00 USD??? I have stuff in my cart worth $29.00 USD/$38.10 CAD but haven't ordered yet because they are insisting I pay shipping when it clearly says free shipping over $25..What is going on here?
