GBDo not order from them Do not order from them. Order two pairs of sunglasses that took 70 days after shipping to be delivered. Took 36 days from the day they arrived in the US to be delivered, even after clearing customs in CA took over 20 days to be delivered. The problem is they were delivered somewhere in FL even though I live nowhere near there even though I confirmed on my order had the correct shipping address. Usually takes days to get any kind of response from them.

CADONOT buy from this company DONOT buy from this company, this company is all BS. Bought the cycling glass with the adapter use it for about 3 month the adapter is broken already, I email them ask for like warranty and I know is not going to happen but just to see what there warranty is right ?? That they reply me because the adaptor is very hard to manufacture so they don’t even sell them separately. To me this is full of BS. I am also in plastic injection mold manufacture. And I am ok to buy just the adaptor but they said no, how stupid is that. They want all the customer buy new pair. To me this company don’t want any return or new customer at all. If I am you don’t buy from them and make sure do your research before order from this company. There is always a good apple and bad apple out there. You just need to find it. DONT SUPPORT THIS COMPANY AT ALL !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

GBI purchase your Tessera90 Polarised… I purchase your Tessera90 Polarised Glasses - Red back in August (order # 116430). The other day I was switching out the colored lens when my Rx Lens Adapter broke. Not sure if there was a warranty on these, but after only six months, I wouldn't expect them to break this easily.I've been trying to get in touch with someone at the company, but their contact page comes back with a page can't be found. Also wrote a note on their facebook page and got no respond. Looking to get a replacement RX adapter, but there is no where on the site to purchase a new one. I really liked the glasses when I purchased them, but now I'm very disappointed with their customer service.
