NLFirst order , long shipping, happy with my Jirai Set. I placed my first order on September 23. They didn't ship it until November 6. I received it on November 18. I live in The Netherlands. I was worried at first because its my first time buying there. I had submitted a paypal dispute, but I had withdrawn it when I received a message from them that they would send a tracking code at the end of the week. And they did. That was sure promising. The customer service answered all my messages on their chat and via email. That was certainly great. Only the shipping days don't match what they say. It did take a bit longer then 10 to 20 days~ . I think because they had to order it from the relevant store. I sent it with USPS and that worked out fine. Overall i am happy with my Jirai set by the brand Kitten Bxllet. I will only suggest buying at Everything Cute Club if you don't mind waiting a long time for your order to be shipped and delivered.

GBNothing Cute About It. The item was cheaper on their site than anywhere else. It's been two weeks and I haven't heard anything. I emailed them 5 days ago and have not received a response. So I messaged them on live chat yesterday. I never received a response there either. Dont do it. I found these reviews. It's amazing they can respond to defend their selves here but can't respond to the customers about the issues or orders. I'll pay double elsewhere just not to deal with this.

GBI ordered the antique rose pallete in… Thank you. Yes, I finally received my package. I was upset because of the lack of communication. I tried reaching out several times and never received a response from any person. The only response I recieved was an automated email. I have changed my review to 4 stars only because my daughter loved the item.

GBIt has now been 11 months It has now been 11 months. Nothing still from them. One more month and it will have been a year since I've ordered. I'm pretty much chalking it up to last money, but I will still be reviewing every month it has not arrived. The customer service is non existent.

AU5 months and waiting........ Placed my order back in March hoping to receive the tops and dress by April for my daughter's birthday. Wow was I wrong! It's now August, 5 months since i placed my order and I have nothing to show for it. Still waiting..........on communication, on a response, on anything to be honest! Initially I was told that the tops I ordered were on back order and would I like to hold everything until the full order was filled....stupid me said yes, although I'm not sure it would have resulted in anything different had I said no anyway! I can not get a response from them at all.....and I just want my money back please. Disgusting (lack of) service to take people's money and ghost us in return.
