Non-existent customer service I ordered a pet bed from Bee-Flower. I chose a large dog bed so my medium dog would have plenty of room. What arrived was basically a small cat bed. I wrote to complain and inquire about how I could get my money back or a bed that was actually large. The only suggestion offered was that I could “give it to someone else” as this is a “popular product and might be useful to someone else”. They followed that up by saying they have done everything they can to solve the problem….by suggesting I give it away. Absolutely disgraceful customer service and deliberately misleading advertising.

The absolute worst company I have ever dealt with, their product ( compact car vacuum is garbage)It does not approximate the ad on the item. The Mini Vacuum was not as discribed in… The Mini Vacuum was not as discribed in video. Poor suction will not pickup a penny. Customer support is very bad. They have a 30 Satisfaction Guarantee but will not honor it with refund unless I pay freight back to China which is very expensive. I will never make another purchase from that company or any other like it. I'm done with random ads on internet and will stick to main web sites like Ebay or Amazon.

Company has no ethics I ordered a walking stick from this company, which was denied entry into Canada. I contacted the company several times to obtain re-imbursement, but their service desk refuses to respond. This is a scam company.
