NZWORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST… WORST ONLINE SHOPPING SITE WITH WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. WISH I COULD GIVE ZERO STAR. It's been a month from today, I was placing online order, but there was some technical error in the website because of which it was not picking up the right shipping address that I was trying to put, on the contrary it was picking up another shipping address from my previous purchase. Tried 10 times, finally the right shipping address was uploaded. But when I paid the money (90 NZD) and got the invoice in email, it was again showing the wrong shipping address. I emailed the customer service several times with my correct shipping addressand finally got a reply on the 5th day. The person replying wrote to me that they have changed my shipping address to the correct one and the item will be shipped soon. After 2 days I again got an email that the items have been shipped. But guess what? Upon tracking the item I see that its been again shipped to the wrong address, even after these tools confirmed that the shipping address has been changed to the right one and will be shipped out to the right address. After that I again emailed them to tell them that even after confirming that they have changed my shipping address, they have again parceled my order to the wrong address. It's been 15 days now that I have been emailing them to report this. But I have got not even a single reply from them. They should either resend the parcel or refund my money, but they just choose not to reply to the emails at all. Worst experience ever. Do not shop from here ever.

GBCOMPLETE SCAM DO NOT BUY FROM THEM I ordered a jacket from this website and payed fifteen extra dollars so it would ship by a certain time. It’s been 10 days and it still hasn’t shipped, and its being advertised with 24 hour free shipping right now. I emailed the company about this, and in the response I got they told me they can’t get the money because the company is “international”, so they ask for the last 4 digits of my credit card AND ASKED FOR MY PASSPORT. Absolutely ridiculous.

JPThe worst store ever The worst store ever! I made my purchase on November 08 and I didn’t receive anything! I sent an email and 2 days after they answer me with deadlines that had already passed.. When I tried cancel my purchase, they said the product was shipped on October 22.. How that's possible if I made my purchase on NOVEMBER 08??? Total disregard and disrespect for the client!!

GBJersey falling apart I too ordered a jersey for my grandson for Xmas - (He found the website). I did receive it in time for Xmas but unfortunately within 2 hours of wearing it the letters were coming away from the fabric as if they weren't even pressed on. Not the greatest quality but really hoped it would had lasted more than a few hours.

ESCompletely unacceptable service: Completely unacceptable service: 1. Two months and a half of waiting for the products to finally arrive after I made the purchase. 2. Bad smell and awful quality-prize relation of the products once finally arrived. 3. They won't even answer my emails asking for how to make the return of the products as you need to write to them for instructions on where to send them. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND 'CHOIES' TO MY WORST ENEMY!!!
