I dreamed; TAOJ did it! My mind dreamed of a design and TAOJ made it happen! Even when I changed the design slightly, y’all accommodated me with exactly what I wanted. Your feature of showing me the ring from all angles was amazing! I had talked to a different company about my design and they required a substantial amount just to show me what it would look like—y’all put the plan into action without charge. The whole process was much faster than I expected. There isn’t enough space here for me to say all the good things about TAOJ that I feel!

Exceptional Customer Service I used The Art of Jewels to buy a lab-created diamond engagement ring. The setting and diamond arrived just as beautiful as advertised, and the price was excellent. However, I did have to return the item two times: first, because the diamond was loose in the setting, and again because a pave stone was missing. Both times, customer service was extremely responsive and easy to work with, and the repairs happened very quickly. It would have been great for the item to have been perfect at the start, but thanks to responsive customer service, I am completely satisfied with the purchase.
