I purchased the cable crossovers in… I purchased the cable crossovers in 2017. Had a problem with the plastic slides falling out almost immediately. I called the manufacture shortly after purchasing and got no response. Decided to purchase new slide bushings in February 2024 and it appears they haven’t change the flaw. Had the same problem again. These bushings also came in red this time instead of black.. Ended up purchasing bushings from a different manufacturer that fixed my issues. Like the cable crossover machine overall but can’t stand valors plastic bushings.

Quality equipment with fast shipping at… Quality equipment with fast shipping at a reasonable price. Government/military discount through govx just sweetens the deal. You can feel the difference in quality in equipment I have purchased from here versus other outlets such as the big box sports stores. May take a little longer to get it because I have to wait for shipping but the delayed gratification is worth the wait simply because of the quality of the gear. Will definitely be ordering more from them in the future.

Awesome service & product I had a few questions about some equipment and reached out to the sales staff and they were quick with a response, very helpful and knowledgeable, and super friendly!! The equipment came in within a 5 days, when I was putting together a piece of equipment a bolt broke. I reached out to customer service and within 2 days I had a replacement bolt. It was probably the best customer service I ever had!! I use the equipment almost daily and I LOVE IT!!!! I will 100% recommend Valor Fitness and from here on out will only buy from Valor to equip my home gym!!!!

My experience of my purchase was EXCELLENT!!! My experience of my purchase was fabulous! Originally I orders my equipment on a Thursday but was heading out of town the following Wednesday so I called Valor and was told it only took about 5 days to deliver so they were so kind and cancelled the order and let me order when I came back in town. Also the owner made a step by step video to assemble the equipment which allowed me to put my leg machine together without even reading the instructions- and as a women or at least for me this was so helpful- I couldn’t have read those instructions ms been able to do it. I love my machine took about 2 hours and I love it! Thank you for such a great piece of equipment and thank you for the excellent service and thank you for sending me the video!
