In all your ways, get an understanding It took over 2 hours for me to decide if I wanted to do this or not. But the agent was very patient, attentive and made sure I understood all of my options. But the main thing that made me go with the company was their A+ rating with BBB. It is very important to do your research on any company that will be handling your finances.
