Great customer service and products I used their "chat" feature and got a response right away from a shipping question. Ordered towels as a gift for our military daughter and son-in-law and had to ship to an APO address, which they accommodate. We appreciate that and are sure they are going to love these towels! I have their kitchen towels -- best towels I've ever purchased!

I needed a fitted queen-sized bottom… I needed a fitted queen-sized bottom sheet. The one I was using did not fit well and made the bed look messy.
