Outstanding Customer Service The customer service offered by Wildside is exceptional! I ordered a collar as a gift for my sister (off of her birthday list) and the collar size and neck circumference didn't match in the order. The owner reached out to me to check on the correct size and even looked up my sister's previous orders to see what size she had purchased in the past. She went above and beyond to ensure that I got the correct collar in the correct size. You just don't find customer service like that anymore! Highly recommend!

LOVE the collar/Leah options… I love all the options of dog collars, leashes & coordinating/matching dog tags available. I am especially fond of the Utah Parks collar, leash & tag in pink & purple color combo. The materials used to create the dog gear is top notch as well as the craftsmanship of the items. I also have to say the used poo bag holder is great so you don’t haves to carry a bag of dog poo in your hands…it’s great to attach the poo bag holder to a backpack or Fanny pack to hold the used bags while on a trail. I highly recommend any products from the shop for your dog(s).
