Arched Shavers Cabinet | Mirror 10/10 I purchased an arched shavers cabinet and was unsure about the online process. The product was even grander when received than what was photographed on the site. It was shipped to my address in regional Victoria and came securely packaged with no bumps, scratches or cracks. Not to mention the price was extremely competitive compared to other suppliers. 10/10!

Ordered 2 items - Never Again Ordered 2 items. One was fine and the other was not as per the description / image. We ordered a white basin which was not white - it was more of a cream colour. No problem, we asked to return the item using the 30 days returns policy. Unlike many / most of their other competitors however, with Zure you have to pay for the shipping yourself which, at least in isolation, is probably acceptable / understandable. However, they then charge you a 20% restocking fee. While this in itself was enough to never use Zure again - there is also no refund provided after this gouge - only a store credit. Look elsewhere people - there are far better options available at similar costs and with better service. I will never use Zure again.

Quality and service Very happy with my recent purchase from Zure. Website was clear and the product I was looking for had the style and function needed for my new bathroom. Delivery was seamless and happened, interstate, well ahead of other local deliveries. Terrific product and service

Nice to be able to actually talk to a real person Customer service was great prior to ordering as I phoned a couple of times to ask questions. Very fast delivery. However now have issues due to the item arriving damaged. After several phone calls the company has come through and organised a courier to pick up the bulky item. Very approachable by phone or email.

Product OK, experience poor To be fair the product is OK, however my experience was poor. Initially advertised for $70 cheaper (the reason I chose) when I went to purchase the site said deal had expired. I ordered and a fortnight later a Startrack driver in NSW rang asking where my street was...the delivery address was QLD! Meanwhile a box from a charity was delivered to me instead so 3 weeks later than expected and two attempts I finally had two very battered boxes but thankfully not damaged units. Now they sit waiting as my tradesman had to move onto other jobs.
