I believe this company is a total scam I believe this company is a total scam. I started in June purchasing a bogo on the dog beds. Never got them. I've emailed quite a few times and always told production is behind. I finally asked for a refund and guess what, thats delayed also due to the fact they are so busy processing payments. I've given them 6 months to do something and they've done nothing. Don't waste your money or your time with them. Fraudulent company.

So wrong! I ordered 2 jars of a product from them... they sent 1 jar and charged for 2 with no explanation. Their toll free # does not work. I sent multiple emails to their "support team" with no response. Then, they billed my credit card a third time! It's called Fraud.

I should have done more research on… I should have done more research on this company before ordering. I didn't order that long ago but can't get a response out of them regarding shipping. Also noticed on other reviews that they keep sending and charging for other things. I will be contacting my credit union to have all charges from this company blocked. I have very little faith that I will receive my dog beds. May see if I can file a claim to get my money back through Visa

FRAUDULENT COMPANY … I ordered from this company mid February and my card was charged. Never received the product. Phone# is disconnected and they haven't replied to the MANY emails I have sent. Even tried actually writing via snail mail to company. No response. Then last week they charged my card again which I reported to my bank as fraud. I want my money returned!
