Do not listen to the navigator, he suggests going around the building. On the booking page, there is instruction how to get there with pictures. Very nice lady at the reception 👍

Pleasant surprise I was initially very nervous/skeptical given lack of reviews of this facility. I had no other options having stayed in airbnb. I went with it based on reviews of the company in other areas. I was pleasantly surprised by the legitimate hostel that had decent reviews hosting this option. It is in the 5 deciembre neighborhood close to El Centrol, Malecon and decent things. It felt safe, secure, reputable.

All was fantastic Tony was fantastic! Qeepl's rates were the best on the market, the drop-off and pick-up process were wonderfully simple (including an address very centrally located and easily locatable), and Tony (the baggage host) even allowed me to adjust my time on the spot. 11/10! Had I brought my bag on me to my budget flights, I would have spent 5 times the amount as this one drop off :) Can't thank Qeepl enough.
