Quick customer service I've been scanning receipts for a while on Fetch and never had a problem. Until yesterday when it wouldn't accept a two day old receipt because it thought it was from 2017. I requested a manual review and they still rejected my receipt. I moved on to the next step in the process, contacting support. Withing two hours I was contacted by Jay. He told me they fixed the problem and he gave me some helpful tips for scanning my receipts in the future so this doesn't happen again. It was kind of a lot of work for a 25 point receipt but like I said initially I've never had a problem before and it was impressive how quick they fixed it. Thanks Jay!

I love Fetch!! I love Fetch!!! I earn points while at the same time trying products that, otherwise, I would overlook at the grocery store. Because of their incentives I've started purchasing new items that I actually like. The points quickly add up for nice gift cards. I've already redeemed quite a few points and now I'm hooked!!!! Nothing better than free money for scanning your receipts and occasionally trying new things. Give it a try, you won't regret it.

They just wanted a deep fryer to cook a meal for they kids they already have assistant with food stamps and they was staying in a motel temporarily I was able to buy them the deep fryer with the $50 gift card I redeem days prior for walmart it's a blessing to be blessing when times are hard for some of US!! Easy to use. Great customer service. App is easy to use. We have several family members that use it! Recently, one member needed an extension on the 90 day point expiration due to his armed forces training and customer service worked with him to quickly grant the extension.

Having fun and getting paid for it I've been using the Fetch app for about 2 years since my sister got me to sign up. It's been not only rewarding, like getting free gift cards, but it's also been fun. It's like a game remembering to get the receipts and keep them until I get them scanned.
