My first time with Everlighten and did… My first time with Everlighten and did some custom socks for one of my customers. All went smoothly with good communications about the project. Did have a delay in production due to COVid in China where they were manufactured. When we received the product it was good quality and as expected with no issue. Will try some other custom products.

Amazing Custom Roosters! EverLighten brought LIFE's vision to reality. LIFE received our custom roosters, and they are amazing! Communication throughout the process was top notch and the items were delivered ahead of schedule. The roosters are made of the highest quality and the design was better than we could ever have hoped for. All of the kids love their Brooklyn Rooster's. They helped get our brand out to the public in an easy way and helped with recruitment for children of our schools.

EverLighten is amazing EverLighten is amazing. It is harder and harder to find a great company with exceptional communication skills and a great product , but Micheal has blown me away with the quality of his pins and his customer service. He has stuck with turnaround timelines, as well as been very good at keeping me in the loop. He also has exceptional pricing. We've worked on several projects with him and his company, and we are prepared to work even more projects. Thanks for everything Micheal, and here is to an amazing end of 2019 and a positive outlook for 2020!

Lower your expectations Very disappointing experience with Everlighten. It took me nearly a month to receive my order of one item. I was never provided a tracking number for my purchase. Multiple phone calls and emails were exchanged and I was told when the package was out for delivery I’d receive a tracking number. That didn’t happen either. As far as quality goes the image printed is mediocre and I could find the same brand of socks at Walmart. Do not recommend.

Confusing communication, Excellent plushies! TLDR; confusing communication, excellent plushie Communication was a bit confusing during the project. There were many people I spoke with instead of a single point of contact. Additionally, the expectations one person would set didn't necessarily mean that's what happened. For example, I was supposed to receive fabric swatches before a decision about the colors however, I was asked to review photos of color swatches via email. Another example includes shipping the plushies to my house and not the office, even though we spent time discussing shipping and noting my office address. That said, the final product is great! The quality is excellent, and my team couldn't be happier with the end result. I will consider working with EverLighten again.
