GBExtremely and Highly Disappointed I placed a order on this site for some boots that I been looking for, for over a week. Located those boots on this site processed my order. Then get a email requesting proof of purchase, had to send copy of ID and cc used last 4 digit matching. Sent that information. All was good, all is confirm. Then get another email stating my order didn't process because they didn't get a confirm purchase from me. When I emailed customer service rep (Bella) over 5 times. Extremely and highly disappointed.

GBModeSens found the unfindable ModeSens found the unfindable. This jacket was sold out in this color and size, but somehow they located one. It took a few weeks, but ModeSens sent a couple emails a week keeping me updated. It arrived a few days ago and it's perfect. I will use ModeSens again.

PAGreat customer service. I had a problem with an order but they did their best to solve it on time, product was out of stock after I placed the order, but they were able to find it somewhere else and have it delivered on time, I really value companies that care about their customers.
