First First, I never received an email that my order had been shipped and then when I contacted them about it, they had no record it had been shipped. Offer was to reship or refund purchase. Since Xmas gift, I wanted it shipped ASAP! When I finally got the product, it looked like it had been thrown around and cut up with a hatchet!
