Company IS A SCAM! Company charged me $671.17 for my order. After 3 weeks the order was still pending (even though they charged my card the first day). Messenger = NO RESPONSE. Email = NO RESPONSE. Phone Call = NO RESPONSE. After reading endless reviews, forums and YouTube Videos it is clear this company is a scam.

Don't do business with dambshop (now dambfish.com) I ordered one bottle of fish antibiotics on April 7; my credit card was billed on April 8. I received an e-mail right after I made the purchase, stating that they received my order and the product would be sent out, and I would be notified. Two weeks later, nothing. I e-mailed the company (no response), tried calling (bogus phone number), and the website has disappeared. Today I called my credit card company, and they are taking the payment back.

Scam I placed my order the end of March. Over 100.00 worth of fish antibiotics ordered. It is now the end of April. No product, no way to contact them. A complete scam!!!! Changed my PayPal pass word just in case. Website now says unavailable. I Will order through my pet store instead of online. Thank I know I will never ever see my money again or the product I ordered. I will be reporting to the BBB but what good that will do is probably nothing.

I wish I had researched these clowns… I wish I had researched these clowns before trying to do business with them. Even allowing for the 2-3day delay, my purchase still have not arrived. I have tried to contact them multiple times, but no one answers the phone or email. Today I discovered their web site no longer exists. I disputed the charge with my credit card company today. I'm confident the charge will be reversed. Do not risk your money or credit card info with them! The are a complete scam.

They are a scam They are a scam They take your money then you never receive the merchandise that was ordered and paid for. Then even worse , there is no tracking number and the usps doesnt recognize the package. So the package is either lost in the deliver system or dambshop never sent it. DONT ORDER ANY OF THEIR PRODUCTS!! ITS FRAUD,!!
