The Discount Bandit site was very communicative over email alerts along the entire process from shopping out the price, to freight company's arranging shipment, etc. Would highly recommend and use again. Just keep realistic expectations that sometimes an item cannot be sourced from anyone in their extensive network.

Delivery took 2 months. 9.5/10 This website saved me about ***$4000*** on a top-tier brand-name coin-op commercial washing machine vs. local and some prominent national online retail store prices! That said... it took a couple months for the order to be fulfilled and delivery confirmed... and another few weeks after that for a professional, no-hassle lift-gate home delivery to a rural area. I called a few times to check on the status of the order over two months and considered cancelling more than once and just paying more for quicker delivery... but am glad I didn't. Not Full Price There were no deals/sales at any of the major appliance stores - they all were carrying the same price. Discount bandit came in about 10% cheaper - not dramatic, but still $100+ savings, for getting the same product. No brainer. Delivered to the house, boxed. No issues.
