What a scam What a scam. No longer have a computer but they keep emailing me my system is vulnerable & need to call them … oh yeah I see another $299.00 USA charge if I did. I called before to advise them to leave me alone but obviously their internal data system is a joke overall as they keep harassing me. Shame on on these so called IT professionals!!! Stay away & shame on Cannon for putting me thru to them when my new printer would not connect to my printer properly. I spent over $1500 US and received nothing for my money spent!!!

received an error message and was… received an error message and was unable to set up my Cricut. Technical support referred me to Tek Wire. They fixed everything and i can now use my Cricut. Thank you all for the help.
