Awesome customer service! I made a mistake and added something to my online order. I phoned their customer service hotline, and the agent patiently guided me through the issue until it was rectified. I would want to thank their customer support for resolving the problem. I was amazed when I opened the package. Although it's not what I expected, this item makes my room smell wonderful and helps me unwind. I'll order a diffuser with a different design.

I made a typo I made a typo, so my order got shipped to the wrong address. When i called they didnt ignore me at all. They jumped to the chance to send out a new waterfall in 15 days time. Giving me options to relocate th address and answering all my questions wich a fast and very polite email reassuring me that my money was well spent. 😀 Even know ive waiting three months for this, im so excited to experience the smells and calming arroma. 😌 Next stop... I had intrusive ads. from this company & bought a product because I liked the look of it but they kept bombarding me with extra offers. I contacted them in minutes to cancel but the ignored me. I sent 8 or 9 emails almost begging them not to send it all the way to UK. They overcharged me anyway £31.19 & refused to cancel. I then purchased exactly the same in uk for £4.35 including carriage but it was rubbish anyway. BEWARE. DO NOT CAUSE YOURSELF THE GRIEF.
