The Best Customer Service Experience I've had in Decades!! I've never stored my Rv before and wasn't sure what to expect. I'd looked around and was expecting real high pricing. At Peer storage I found a place to store my Rv for about a third of what I'd Expected to pay. Not only that, Casey the owner of Peer Storage gave me the best customer service Experience I've had in I can't remember when. He walked me through the entire process and via text message he responded within a few minutes to each of my questions. He then went further and spoke to the owner of the property I wished to book and had arranged things for me to make everything easy and stress free. Casey is very dedicated to his business and you know that from the minute you speak to him. I think his concept of Peer storage is fantastic and is literally set to help people like you and me rather than the big corporations who greedily pick our pockets day after day. This is a company that empowers the people not Corporate America.. I'd say it's Similar in fashion to what Uber did to the Taxi business, lol, took away the monopoly they had enjoyed for decades and has saved the people tremendously while giving jobs to countless others.
