Good company- Great service! Overall I find them to be an easy organization to work with. I have had some items that were complimentary, but DOA. It was past the return period when we finally tried them, so that was disappointing. However, I have had items quit working and they replace them within a year of purchase, with just standard basic questions answered. Overall, they products are reasonable quality and great customer service.

Educational To say the least, jumping into the world of toys is daunting ... and a little intimidating. You constantly wonder how you might be perceived and worry if you're partner might feel some kind of way.
