CHI have ordered A LOT of furniture from… I have ordered A LOT of furniture from Pamono. For a total of approx. 15'000 Euros or even more. The furniture is a bit expensive and also the shipping... then again it is being transported through whole of Europe and custom fees are already included in the price... so it's quite ok if you consider everything. All the ordered furniture was very well packed, in the condition I expected and were delivered as planned by helpful drivers. Pamono is just a very simple way to find exceptionnal pieces without spending too much time looking for them. I really enjoyed using Pamono and I recommend it.

GBTerrible service, Sellers do not send items Terrible service. Seller sold item to me through these "people". paid in full Paypal. Week later chased and they put tracking as awaiting collection by Fedex. Chased every day for 4 weeks, still no tracking, NOT COLLECTED. Pamono stated next day..DID NOT HAPPEN. No reason. After 4 weeks , finally cancelled order. No explanation or apology .. A JOKE COMPANY AND SELLERS / POSSIBLE FRAUDS.

GBI am now addicted. Communication was first rate before and after purchase with the items arriving six days ahead of schedule . The thirty year old Eames EA222 leather chair was in much better condition than I had expected at a very attractive price so I couldn’t be more pleased . The problem is I now feel I can really trust PAMONO and can’t keep away from the website looking for more items .

GBVintage Crystal Tower This was a gift to replace a vintage sculpture. Pamono’s customer service rep Christiane replied within a day to a few different emailed questions. She was very friendly and provided guidance and reassurance. It shipped from Germany, and it arrived in about a week. The original purchase time was also quickly processed. Most importantly, when it arrived, it was packaged perfectly and in great shape, the same as the quality photos they posted. Price was also fair and we are very pleased with Pamono’s quality service.

FRBeau meuble, superbe service C’était la première fois que j'achète un meuble de qualité sur internet sans l’avoir vu en vrai, la première fois que je commande un meuble de l’étranger. J’ai longuement hésité. J’ai fait des testes: j’ai écrit au platform de Pamono posant des questions sur la livraison juste pour voir si ils étaient réactifs. Ils l’étaient. J’ai posé par la suite une question sur le meuble, sachant que ce serait au vendeur de répondre. Il m’a répondu tout de suite. La livraison a très bien fonctionné. Surtout, mon fauteuil des années 60 est un merveille. Je n’ai aucun regret et n’hésiterai pas à commander de nouveau sur le site Pamono.
