This company is absolute trash and… This company is absolute trash and garbage. They stole $140 and didn’t send me my order. I ordered two flood guardian monitors. They throw their hands in the air and straight up take your money and f*** you Do not order from them ever. There are many other better suppliers.

Great & Prompt Customer Service I ordered the 15x15'' cube rimless and seamless fish tank that was on sale at the time. When I received my order and there was a minor chip on one of the corners at the bottom, and since it was directly on a corner I was worried if it would eventually leak. So I emailed MarineDepot with my concern and a few pictures for proof, they promptly emailed me back telling me they are sending me out a new tank with a return label & apologized for the inconvenience. I had my new tank within days & was it beautiful! Thank you MarineDepot I am very happy with my products!

Best service and great quality fish! Purchased their MAX E - 260 fish tank from their site and I am very impressed of the quality of the material used on this aquarium. The 10 gallon tank made it a perfect home for my fishes. Thank you so much!

Fantastic customer service- the rep on the phone was patient, helpful, and sympathetic; laughing with me about my recent ordeal ordering the same product from another company and having to return it. Great people. Made me feel at ease. Great policies- they price-matched another online retailer for the canister filter I needed, plus 10% of the difference. Great shipping- They shipped it the same day I ordered it, it arrived in 3 days, packed expertly. In perfect shape. I will definitely be back. They can be high priced, but with this level of customer service and quality, I will choose professional over cheap any day.

Awful service Awful service. First time purchase on Monday Labor Day paid extra for 5 business days delivery. No news on Tuesday or Wed or Thursday so I sent email to customer service response was they had too many orders to fill. It would be first come first served. Tried to cancel order on 4th business day was told it already shipped. 7th business day got notice it shipped from warehouse and would be stuck in Atlanta due to hurricane. This place is all about getting your business and then giving you the business don’t wast your time or money with them. Too many others to choose from.
