Great experience with CreationWatches I've had a great experience with Creation Watches + DHL (with customs duties, import taxes and administrative costs already included in the price of the order). I've received the watches only 3 working days after having placed my order on their website (on a Friday night, that to their local time corresponded to roughly 6 am of the following Saturday). No mandatory registration and payment via PayPal made the purchase process as fast as you can immagine. I'll surely register the next time, because I'll get back to them for sure. Packaging was accurate and definetly robust, therefore the watches arrived in perfect conditions, with the relative warranty certificates correctly stamped and dated. Very smooth experience and no issue whatsoever; just like shopping around the corner: amazing.

The only fault I have found is that the uni directional bezel is easily caught and turned. This could be a safety issue during a dive. Otherwise very happy with the purchase.

Terrible company even worse product Customer service is a joke, I don't think there doing good in sales so they don't respond when you want to return items, they won't send everything as advertised and rip you off and act like they don't know what your talking about, the experience is like shopping with crooks can help it feeling ripped off. DHL shipping fees are double the price of fed ex fees don't use DHL courier there a bunch of crooks. Fuuk DHL EXPRESS and ratio watches. These people have no money and are greedy shop with companies who have money.
