At first I was disappointed … At first I was disappointed in the products that came in the box, but after a little bit of time looking into the products.... I have found that they were nice products that were sent. Just not necessarily products I would have wanted.

I couldn’t believe how spot on this… I couldn’t believe how spot on this company was for each box I received during pregnancy and through my baby’s 1st year. As a new parent, it was awesome to see the new products that make parenting easier. For example, the elephant that sings while you give baby medicine is still a favorite. It felt like this company cared and paid attention to where you were on your motherhood journey.

Nice Subscription I like Bitsy Box. It is something my daughter and I look forward too. I like new products to try and learning tools. I do not like that the boxes are ridged depending on age group. My daughter is speech delayed so I wanted to customize my box but thkipey couldn't because certain ages get certain boxes. Secondly, I received age inappropriate and repeat items, monthly. They refunded me but it informed me no one paid attention to my account or previous boxes. Lastly, using store credit was a hassle. My options would usually be out of stock AFTER placing the order. I wish they would work on a few of the cons. Otherwise, it was a great box. SN - I have been subscribed for 11 months.

Need more variety I've gotten 6 bitsy boxes and several items have been repeated like a picture frame, a toddler cup, and a teething toy. We also have a good 5 toothbrushes (all slightly different) from bitsy alone. Definitely need to work on their variety.

Absolutely adorable box Absolutely adorable box for my little. Can’t wait to see what he gets each month. Favorite things so far are a bedtime book, some great soothie pacifiers, skin care, and the cutest bunny rattle.
