GBBye Zara... Hi Good Girl Rebel This was a unique find for me. Since discovering Good Girl Rebel Late 2014. I have ordered from the site a total of 4 times. and each time i love my interactions with then. And my packaging. Very simple and artistic each time the packaging comes with a hand drawn picture of the items i ordered as well as a little letter. I wonder how much time all that takes. The quality of the clothes are A.M.A.Z.I.N.G. they have affordable and middle affordable. Event the items that are pricier i am okay with because i know its not just another over saturated trend. just saw the pre-spring products and i cant wait.

SGGood girl rebel charge 3 times the original price… I was searching high and low for this particular dress from Lespoir studio. Thank God for google lens search where u can search using photo..it led me to Good girl rebel website. This dress cost a hefty USD 270 plus international shipping USD 80 to Singapore. BUT not giving up, i searched again and found the original site that sells the same dress for only USD 99 which originates from an clothing online store frm vietnam tt ships internationally too! Good Girl Rebel is charging 3 TIMES THE ORIGINAL PRICE THAT MAKE THIS SITE THE BIGGEST SCAM!

GBI wish they made time to respond to their customers Their products are hands down beautiful but their customer service or lack of is to be majorly improved. I first emailed a general question about the status of my order to make sure it was in fact in process and instead of taking the time to really write a response and perhaps calm my concerns and build a relationship with a customer that spent $400 on their site, they just emailed back the words “shipped” Now I have emailed them in regards to starting the return process as one item does not fit and the other has strings coming out at the seam in two spots. It states in their return process you can not send back returns until you receive from them the return information needed prior to shipping back to them. Well since it is a 7day return policy time frame you would think a speedy response might occur. PLUS I asked if they felt for the one item that does not fit if I could speak with someone to see if they felt I could bring the item to a seamstress to make adjustments as if its possible I would be glad to keep the item all-together. ***Crickets*** I am not sure why they can not take the time to put a sentence together at least to assisting me with my questions. I WANT to buy more items from them as I am in a pinup group and we have a big photo shoot coming up with a national magazine but how can I support a company that doesn't have the time to care about their customers?
