First time user of Abunda. I ordered an Oculus quest 2 with Custom Carrying case and Elite Strap. There seemed to be a disconnect between what they advertised as arrival time and when it would actually be arriving. I spoke to Cassie (Customer Support) through Chat. Cassie was courteous and friendly. She answered all my questions and set my concerns at ease. I would definitely use Abunda again.

Great Customer service I bought a nice recliner from Abunda. After about 6 months I started having trouble with it. Worst problem was the motor stopped that makes the chair go up and down. I contacted Abunda not expecting much but their customer service department got right on it and reached out the to manufacturer. Bottom line, they sent me another brand new recliner at no cost. You just don't see this kind of support much any more but Abunda has it. Thanks.

accidents happen An accident happened and there is a piece missing from the manufacturer. Went out of their way and ordered me a part and had it to me in one day. They were amazingly empathetic, and the person that helped me guide me through the entire process with patience. Thank you so much I’m a customer for life!

And they give you so many options on purchases, Abunda has I life long customer with me and I recommend them highly.

They are using credit platforms readily available with other merchants/ retailers and charging a fee (transaction fee) they identify the fee for the cost of providing the credit platform options. Be informed these items are from Amazon you can purchase them directly. There are several credit platforms that you can use directly. These is Klarna, Afterpay, Affirm and sometimes Amazon offers no fee 5 monthly payments. Abunda has terrible reviews, terrible customer service, and a platform and fee that is less than disclosed properly. Be an informed consumer.
