I tried contacting the company twice… I tried contacting the company twice and heard nothing in response about whether my item had shipped. It was ordered weeks ago and the shipping was supposed to be 3-5 days.

My first purchase and will be my only… My first purchase and will be my only purchase with them was awful. Ordered Glucosamine with MSM which was on their order page. When I received the order I got Glucosamine with MSM and HCI which Hydrochloride. I didn’t want the HCI and it wasn’t on the order page. I asked for a return and they responded with a picture of the label that would be on the back of the bottle. I said am I to dig into your info to make sure you have the correct ingredients on your ordering page? Not even sure where the ingredients were on their page. So I asked to return again. I have received no response. Oh, I did get an add from them building up all they do, even offering no hassle returns. So much for that, huh. There is more but this should be enough. Watch out for these guys!!
