I called Perfect Home Bar before I… I called Perfect Home Bar before I ordered our Felix bar cart and talked to them about what I was using the cart for to make sure it would work. There was a delay in stocking and they updated me and stayed connected until the cart was delivered. They also matched the price of the bar cart with a competitor. I appreciated the live assistance and I love the bar cart.

I purchased two sofas at the time i was… I purchased two sofas at the time i was able to pay the amount that was asked. my income went down by 140.00 so i phoned them to say i was having trouble with paying that amount. I offered them an amount that was affordable to me . They refused the amount i offered and said if i didnt pay the right amount the would collect my sofas. I didnt find them helpful at all. I have now contacted the financial ombudsman for help with this matter. They just bombard you with phone calls asking for money wouldnt recomend them
