GBThe training is brilliant The training is brilliant. The lessons and videos are clear and straightforward, offering various methods for the same task. When I had questions, I received answers via the chats within minutes. The instructions stressed taking the time to proof your dog, which is great advice. The more time you spend training in public spaces, the more comfortable you and your dog become with the process. It is now a great comfort to me, having my dog with me at all times. Thank you Dog Academy.

GBDO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I submitted my information on their website and got a call an hour later from a number in North Carolina (I’m located in Oregon). He said he was a dispatcher for Oregon dog training. I said I was interested in a board and train program because this is always what my family has done with young puppies and it’s worked amazing. I’m willing to spend thousands of dollars to ensure my puppy gets good training. However, he said there was no board and train options, and that I should do in person training at my house for $350 for 3 sessions. I’ve been talking to trainers in my area and I know this is overpriced. I wasn’t comfortable with purchasing it over the phone with discussing the price with my boyfriend or even knowing the trainer. He was very very pushy and insistent, saying I could not get this deal if I don’t take it right now. After I told him no multiple times he offered a virtual course for $99??? Not what I was looking for at all. I again told him I needed to think on it. He then started to say that I needed to take this training and not abandon my puppy. I NEVER said I was going to give up or abandon my puppy. This was incredibly unprofessional and made me sick. He kept saying this over and over again and ended the call by saying “ When you give up your dog make sure he goes to better owners”
