Site needs a phone number for customer service listed on site I ordered a cart from Tanga,somewhere or somehow item was sent to some else. Tanga refunded my money. The postal service said the label had different name and address on it. So they said I most likely got wrong tracking number. Response from Tanga was prompt, would be nice if there was a phone to call them instead of internet.

Tanga maybe doesn't have the fastest… Tanga maybe doesn't have the fastest shipping or a huge customer service department. but they have very competitive prices and a very kind and helpful staff. I think ill choose them over amazon for any future purchase Im going to make

Great products but very poor packaging I loved the great prices and fast shipping but the packaging for my 3 Stanley bottle’s wasn’t appropriate and caused damage to one of the bottles. All 3 bottles were put into one thin plastic envelope which you could tell has been tossed around several times therefor the damaged bottle. If at least they were shipped in a bubble envelope that would protect these bottles and writing them individually in some bubble wrap would do too.

Like-new product was disturbingly used I purchased a body grooming razor that was advertised as "open box." The razor arrived and, as soon as I opened it, a bunch of tiny little hair trimmings escaped onto my hands. Given that this razor is used for "manscaping," I was quite grossed out by the prospect of someone else's body hairs being in my home, and particularly on my body. This product was not directly shipped by Tanga, rather by some covert third-party. If Tanga is going to allow other vendors to sell products like this on their site, there should be a much higher level of oversight, which doesn't appear to be in place given that, according to the reviews on their site, I'm not the first person to have this experience. I requested a refund and it was granted in about two business days with no questions asked, and no return requested, which is why this isn't a one-star review.

I don’t like the fact that this item is… I don’t like the fact that this item is very stiff and when I attach it to my knee,it isn’t flexible enough to lie securely flat against my skin the way it seems to be in the advertisement and the pictures showing its usage!
