Worst experience ever. Purchased a 9 piece purse lot for… Purchased a 9 piece purse lot for $3000. The lot was listed as customer returns but inspected, and in "New" condition. It took almost 4 weeks for delivery, after repeated promises of "next week". Every single purse was damaged and unsellable: 4 were missing their shoulder straps, 2 had multiple stitches broken, all had stickers on the leather and suede . I requested a return/refund a month ago and have received no response beyond the cursory "we will look into it". Buyer beware!!

Happy Buyer Seller, Recommend Bluelots! Still a happy seller and buyer on the site. It is very unfortunate that the ratings here are spammed with "mystery lot" dissatisfaction. They DO NOT allow such listings on this site, and the ratings are inaccurate in such cases - as noted in responses to these by Bluelots, the site was probably spoofed and people bought from a different site without knowing it. As a seller, I am almost always met with a timely listing schedule and customer service (usually by Alex who rocks!). As a buyer, the quality of the lots have been much better than many other sites I've purchased on. I still highly recommend selling and buying on Bluelots, and wish the ratings reflected the hard work the staff does to keep things moving smoothly.

Exceptional Company I’ve been selling via BlueLots for over a year now. It’s been a great pleasure workIng with them. They are unlike the other similar companies (I worked with few others, but didn’t turn out very well). They have v reasonable fee, good buyers, exceptional support services etc. Everything is top notch with BlueLots. I would highly recommend anyone that wants to buy or sell on BlueLots.

I have tried 3 times to contact this… I have tried 3 times to contact this company and I can only leave a message. When I bought my shipment of incipio selfie phone cases I never thought I woukd recieve almost all ripped boxes and some are just cases no box or cord to charge the cases and that's even if the cases work. I am a reseller on ebay and can't sell these. On top of that I can't return my order and I can't get ahold of anyone. I am very unhappy about purchase.
