Lost Loots "LLC" is a scam I ordered from this company in Oct 2021 and I never received the order. The Fedex tracking # shows that a label was created near the Austin region but nothing was shipped. They do not respond to emails or other attempts at contacting. No working phone number. This appears to be a scam.

Two days layer received a shipping notification, but the tracking number never updated to be working. It just always said "Not Found". Everytime I messaged Lost Loots on IG, they sent me back a basic "It's been shipped" response. I inquired a couple more times, and not only did they not respond at all, THEY BLOCKED ME!!! Obviously no box ever showed up. Absolutely insane business.

Still waiting on my package(s) for 5… Still waiting on my package(s) for 5 days the UPS tracking says label created but still no shipping information. Just says check back tomorrow, well its been 5 tomorrows and nothing. Seems I got taken for 80 bucks. Can't get anyone from customer service. Very disappointed

Zero Stars is more appropriate If there was a 0 star option that’s what I would select. Ordered in November, received tracking number. Never received, no updated tracking info. Every time I messaged I’m repeatedly told next shipment coming! Absolute SCAM!!

I’ve ordered twice I’ve ordered twice. Great to do resale or just to get some surprise goodies. I’ve considered ordering a box for each family member for Christmas to open and see what they get. Fast shipping is the plus! Customer service is great too, these Guys respond quickly to any questions you may have.
