Can not get refund！ Before I got the refund quickly.Then this time I requested withdraw on Nov 3，until now they kept saying their paypal acct had problem.I didn't request withdraw from the order I place on June.There's a hugh amount.Be careful guys！

Kind of disappointed Kind of disappointed. Purchased several items from Amazon and received cash back but then my Amazon account was blocked from leaving anymore reviews because they saw "suspicious activity". I like leaving reviews for products and letting people know honest opinions. Amazon has removed all of my reviews from everything I've ever reviewed and I can no longer post any more. So now I can't use Rebatest unless I do report only products which is a very small group of items. I guess Amazon thinks I was being paid for good reviews.

For me everything went smoothly For me everything went smoothly, pretty much. Paid within 48 hours, quick customer service responses, great products that usually were better than the popular best sellers. Very fair customer service. I love their website and am sad to see less products now, maybe because of less sellers posting. The only con for me was Amazon sometimes deleting a review.

Website down? 12/07/20? Has been ok but now their website is currently down and all I need to do is submit one review to get paid out but I cannot do this. No answer from them yet and I have emailed, messenger, Facebook, tweeted and also reported via their Own website. Not particularly happy as I’m owed £150 at the moment. Update as on 6am 13/07/20 they have responded to my messages. The issue appears to be fixed thus far. I have now cashed out, I am waiting to receive the payment, I will update when I receive the payment.

Be Persistent & Mindful There were some issues on the account due to website errors. After many attempts trying to resolve the problems, someone from customer support was able to assist me. I am glad that the issues got fixed. I have discovered so many great products on their website; I am happy that I can continue with the journey.
