No communication at all - took my cashback Ordered a big purchase from a retailer via hoopladoopla and created an account through a referral. Neither the referral bonus or the cashback from the retailer was processed. It has been 3 weeks since and there has been no response back or update form HooplaDoopla. Avoid this company if you don't want a headache.

Still missing cashback from 11 months ago I'm missing cashback from 11 months ago. Throughout that time, my emails to their support are constantly ignored. No responses, no cashback, scam site overall. Following up with BBB now. Never use them if you value your time. EDIT: they made up another excuse. No resolution given. Do not use them. EDIT2: Cashback finally paid out (it only took a year of time and a few hours of effort). Nevertheless, thank you for taking care of that. I'm changing my review rating.

They didn't track my order and don't reply to emails They didn't track my order and after contacting them thay said that the merchant said that the order was cancelled. I sent them multiple emails of all the information including tracking no. and order status screenshots and they don't reply. Stay far away from this scam website.

Excellent and honest website Excellent website that pays out automatically. One of my favorite cash back sites out there. They have consistently higher cash back than most others, and with automatic repayment, you don't have to do anything but wait. Hoopla has my full blessing!

Been well over 4 months since the end… Been well over 4 months since the end of my rental at sxit car rental and HooplaDoopla is still blaming the delay on the merchants end. If you look at the website right not they still have Sixt listed, you would think an honest cashback website would take the vendor who is not responsive down, HooplaDoopla seems to have no issue with scamming people, going to looking elsewhere.
