While the package did take a bit longer than expected to arrive, the support team was helpful in keeping me updated on the tracking information. And in the end, the package arrived just in time for the wedding! The quality of the decor was outstanding, and it added the perfect touch to our special day. another review update for their non… another review update for their non existent customer support. clearly other customers are experiencing the same disgusting issues with western bid. this is a phony scam shell company that i'm pretty sure is laundering money through it as a front. they still refused to refund me a proper amount despite the product i purchased causing health hazards. everyone should AVOID. they do NOT respond even though they keep saying they would. AVOID ALL THEIR UKRANIAN SELLERS AND WESTERN BID ENTIRELY. update to add: i wouldn't have to keep leaving reviews IF THEY JUST RESPONDED TO MY 10+ emails to begin with! I have already provided all the specifics and they have my order #. they are LYING and pretending to be the victim. why would i publicly leave my personal address and email address on a review? especially when i've provided it to them numerous times via e-mail already. i've detailed everything with my order YET THEY STILL REFUSE TO REFUND ME A PROPER AMOUNT. $50 does NOT make up for all the issues we have been facing with the produce we purchased. it is not "overwhelmingly unspecific." they're lying through their teeth and they can't even get customers names right. mr CJ???
