Definitely do not recommend I placed an order on 11/29. It is 12/20 and my order still has not shipped. I have contacted this business via email, phone (no one answers the phone), Facebook and Facebook messenger. I’m very doubtful that my order will arrive by Christmas. At this point, I just want my money back.

This is a scam site! This is a scam site! I placed an order on December 4th. I called and emailed a few hours later to cancel my order. No one has emailed or called me back! The phone # is a message that there are no operators available to help. EVERYTIME. I leave a message daily. It is now December 15th. My order has not even processed! But they have charged my card. I would leave negative stars for a rating if I could. 1443

I like the looks of the pen I like the looks of the pen, and it arrived safely. However, I was a bit disappointed to find it came without any ink cartridges -- which wasn't made clear on the web page.
